API unavailable: requests timing out

Summary
Between 12:15 PM and 1:00 PM IST on 4 November 2026, the TYB ERP app could not reach its server, so pages failed to load and actions such as saving records timed out. The AI assistant integration was affected as well. No data was lost or changed.
What happened
The web server in front of our API could handle only 20 connections at a time. Each open browser tab keeps one connection open permanently for live updates such as notifications. Once about 20 tabs were open across all users, ...
API degraded performace

We observed degraded API performance starting at 04:00 PM IST on November 3, 2026. This was caused by network traffic rerouting issues at Cloudflare edge locations. The issue has now been resolved and service is operating normally.
